TIMELINE: 1:30 PM – Parking Lots Open. 4:30 PM – Shuttle Operations Begin. 6:00 PM – Gates Open.The Rose Bowl is in a canyon, the Arroyo Seco (Dry Canyon) and it has very limited ways in and out so they don't let in Uber or taxis. The drop-off Taxi & Uber Zone is at Holly Street between Fair Oaks Avenue and Arroyo Parkway, which is where the Memorial Park Gold Line Station is. Shuttles run from there to and from the Rose Bowl.Cars who parked at the bowl were gridlocked in the tiny streets. Took 35 mins to get back to parsons. Slight hill and improv routes through the roads. But literally no one at parsons at this time. Was out before my car fully warmed up, I parked next to the parking lot exit. Didn’t see the whole lot but it looked full..
